TRAF is enhancing our password requirements to ensure your personal data remains safe and secure. As a result, upon your first login after February 10, 2024, you will be asked to update your password and verify your email address.
In addition, in the coming weeks, to add a further layer of security to your Online Services account, you will be asked to set up your verified email address as your MFA method. When you receive this invitation, signing up for MFA will be mandatory.

Setting up your preferred authentication method adds an additional layer of security when signing in to your account.
Only Canadian and US numbers are supported.
Open your authenticator app (Windows Authenticator or Google Authenticator) and follow the steps. Scan the QR code and enter the displayed verification code.
